Our website is securely hosted in Australia by Webmistress. When you visit this website traffic information is logged which includes your IP address, date and time, type of web browser, and pages accessed. Logs are processed by our website provider for security and reliability purposes, are stored in a secure environment, and are deleted within one month.

Your connection to this website is encrypted and protected using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), which you can confirm by clicking the padlock in your web browser’s address bar.

On this website we use Google Analytics to to monitor community engagement and interest in our information. This data is collected in aggregate only, and we make no attempt to identify individual people from this data. Email newsletter

Event bookings

When you register for one of our events, we collect your name and contact details for the purpose of monitoring registration numbers, communicating with you about the event, checking attendees have registered on the day of the event, and (if needed) for COVID-19 contact tracing.
